Professional Conduct
Maintain professionalism at all times during training sessions. This includes appropriate language, respectful interactions.
Act as a role model for trainees by demonstrating focus, discipline, and respect.
Kit Management
No editing of kits or gear during training sessions unless explicitly authorized by the training lead or 2IC.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
SOPs are to be referenced only if the trainer is being yellowed or greened.
If clarification is needed on a non-highlighted SOP, consult the qualification lead or 2IC
Prohibited Behaviors
No Smoking: Smoking using the mod is strictly prohibited during training sessions.
Avoid any distractions that could impact the focus or flow of the training.
Preparedness and Participation
Arrive on time and fully prepared with all necessary materials and knowledge for the session.
Actively participate in all training activities and encourage engagement from trainees.
Equipment and Facility Usage
Report any issues with the qualifications to their lead
Accountability
Trainers are responsible for ensuring trainees adhere to these rules and addressing violations promptly.
Document any issues or concerns during the session and report them to the appropriate authority for follow-up.
Training viewings
The training Lead and 2IC are able to view any training to make sure that the department rules are being upheld
The Qualification Lead and 2IC are are able to spectate their own qualification to make sure it is running according to the SOP
The training Technicians may randomly view trainings, this is to ensure the maps are working correctly
